WNY Entrepreneur Mastermind Group Questionnaire
Thanks for your interest in the mastermind group! We don't want to waste your time or ours on applicants that aren't sure if this is even a good fit for them. The video will help you decide that. We will have plenty of applicants so we only want to filter out ones that are truly ready. The application will take about 20 minutes or so to fill out so please make sure you have the time set aside to do so. That being said, I appreciate your time and interest. A few quick thoughts: What NOT to expect in this mastermind if accepted:- Referrals. No one is obligated to use your professional services at all. If they choose to use your business, products or service, great! But they are not obligated to do so because you are in the group.- ROI. This is not a BNI or networking group. This is not a presentation group. What is the time commitment for this mastermind group?:- 90 minutes per meeting, twice a month. We will meet once a month in person and once a month on zoom. (80% attendance is expected. We don't want subs, we want you). We meet 7am-830am every 1st & 3rd Tuesday every month - A year commitment. We are not signing a contract but true lasting results in anything don’t happen quickly.

We encourage different opinions and viewpoints but only when its out of care/love. If everyone agrees on everything, the group becomes stale and no one grows.

Everything that is worth something, costs you something. A good healthy mastermind will require an investment. It will invest your time (time is valuable), access to your network (sharing of good contacts), sharing of your skills, Intellectual focus will be invested (some time off your own problems/ideas), it will make you vulnerable (fun, right?), it will cost you some humility (honest feedback that maybe you don’t want to hear at times but need to). There will also be a monthly cost to the mastermind. The monthly fee will be $495 for each month. You can pay monthly or upfront for the year. There is no discount for paying in full upfront.
