Our Complaints Policy:
IPHM is committed to delivering high-quality service to all our clients.
Before You File a Complaint:
Please only bring a complaint to IPHM if you have already contacted the member concerned and have not been able to get your issue addressed.
How to Make a Complaint:
Please use the form below to submit your claim and upload any relevant documents that may assist us with your complaint.
Once we have this information, we will review, investigate, and liaise with the Provider/Trainer if necessary. We will notify you of the outcome within 6 weeks.

Matters that IPHM Can Address and Assist With:
Misleading Claims:
Courses or providers claiming to be IPHM accredited when they are not.
Misuse of IPHM Logos:
Members issuing qualifications using our logo for non-accredited or non-IPHM recognized courses.
Unqualified Services:
Members offering services they are not qualified to offer.
Breach of T&Cs:
Members who you feel may be in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
