Report or Raise a Concern About a IPHM Group Member

Our Complaints Policy:
IPHM is committed to delivering high-quality service to all our clients.

Before You File a Complaint:
Please only bring a complaint to IPHM if you have already contacted the member concerned and have not been able to get your issue addressed.

How to Make a Complaint:
Please use the form below to submit your claim and upload any relevant documents that may assist us with your complaint.

Once we have this information, we will review, investigate, and liaise with the Provider/Trainer if necessary. We will notify you of the outcome within 6 weeks.

Before Submitting Your Complaint, Please Be Aware of the Following:

Matters that IPHM Can Address and Assist With:

Misleading Claims:

Courses or providers claiming to be IPHM accredited when they are not.

Misuse of IPHM Logos:

Members issuing qualifications using our logo for non-accredited or non-IPHM recognized courses.

Unqualified Services:

Members offering services they are not qualified to offer.

Breach of T&Cs:

Members who you feel may be in breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Timeframe for Complaints Please note the following regarding the timeframe for bringing a complaint to our complaints Advisory Board can take up to 4 weeks. However we will always do our best to complete as quickly as possible.

If you are unable to provide any of the requested information above, we will not be in a position to carry out a full and proper investigation and no further action will be taken.

Please rest assured, we take all reports seriously and have a dedicated team who will perform a thorough investigation on your behalf.
