November Pediatric School-Based SIS Meeting
Learning Outcomes:
Speaker will share challenges & opportunities for school-based OTPs from Medicaid, Mental Health interventions supported legislatively to workload/caseload or anything else raised by attendees. He's available to just listen to questions/issues/concerns that abound for AZ school-based practitioners.
About the Speaker:
Abe Saffer is currently a federal lobbyist for the American Occupational Therapy Association, lobbying Congress and the Administration on a number of issues, including: special and general education, early intervention, workforce, diversity and equity, health, appropriations, mental health, Medicaid in schools, and general disability.
When: Wednesday, November 20th, 5-6 pm via zoom
