Watering Hole House Account Setup

Once this form is submitted, we will send you an invoice through Square to complete your account setup.

When you receive the invoice:

Complete the payment
Be sure to check the box to save your card on file (this is required for your house account)
After you’ve completed the invoice, please reply to the email to let us know. Once confirmed, we will finish setting up your Watering Hole house account.

I authorize "The Watering Hole at TexStar" to charge my card above daily for all purchases. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account.
I understand that a valid card must be kept on file at all times to maintain a Watering Hole house account. I agree to maintain an updated payment method and accept responsibility for all charges made on this account.
I understand that all purchases made on the house account will be drafted daily to the card on file.
I understand that if a payment is declined, a $25 declined payment fee will be added to my account.
