DenVhere Fashion Show 2025 Fashion Designer Form

The show how will be at Vista Ridge Community Center 2750 Vista Parkway Erie, CO 80516 .The show will start roughly around 8:30pm. ALL designers must arrive no later than 5:00pm. We only have room for 4 designers (first come, first serve. We want men's and women's fashions. The show will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025. Designers interested must pay a fee of $40.00 to showcase their collection. IF WE HAVE ROOM AND YOU WANT TO SHOWCASE MORE THAN ONE COLLECTION, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER FEE TO BE FAIR TO OTHER DESIGNERS. Fee must be paid before anything can be marketed or showcased. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We want to use as many of the same models as possible so we want to recycle models as much as we can. Requirements: -Must be willing to recycle models with other designers unless measuring sizes are very different-Must only have 5 models per designer (recycling models will allow for more)-Must live in or commutate to Denver/Colorado-Must only showcase ONE collection per designer-Must arrive on time the day of the event (failure to do so will result in the designer not showcasing) -After models are selected, you are responsible for doing a fitting for your models -Must pay the designer fee upon signup-We are only allowing 10 looks per designer (to make it fair to other designers and for the show not to go on for forever) -We have a hair and makeup team and all models must arrive on time for hair and make up We are only selecting 15 to 20 models TOTAL (4 designers total) so models will walk for more than one designer.
