2026 Small Group Category
In 2026, we will be categorizing groups to help new members find the most compatible group for the season they are walking through. Please read through the following categories and select the correct classification for your group.
Connect Group
These groups are relational first, bible study second. Their main focus is connection through commonality and fellowship. These groups often utilize the Sermon Based Curriculum (SBC) to anchor each group back to time in the Word whether it be brief or deep. We do recommend the SBC as this will allow anyone to be able to join your group throughout the season without missing any major biblical instruction!
Study Group
These groups are bible study first, relational second. Their main focus is to be deeply rooted in the Word of God and growing members in Biblical Literacy (knowing how to read, understand and apply the Bible). These groups of course will include connection and fellowship but their primary purpose is biblical instruction.
Support Group
These groups are more resource based and meet a very specific need and season in the body of our church. This can include groups such as: Divorce Care, Addiction Recovery, etc.
