Dallas T. Lower Memorial Scholarship Application

Please provide the requested information accurately and completely. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the selection process. In the event you are awarded a scholarship, First Command Educational Foundation (FCEF) reserves the right to use your name, picture, and scholarship award information for any FCEF publication, websites, social media posts, or other promotional products. Supporting documentation must be submitted to scholarships@fcef.com before November 30.

Required Criteria and Documents:

Please review this information carefully before applying. Only those who meet all criteria and provide the required documents November 1-30 are eligible for consideration.

FCFS Field Advisor

1. Earned an advanced financial professional designation within the past 24 months,

2. Obtain a written endorsement from your District Advisor (DA) or Director of Advisor Operations (DAO); and

3. Provide a copy of the certificate of completion or receipt for the designation.

FCFS Field Support Staff Member

1. Earned within the past 12 months or currently be pursuing a professional license or certification.

2. Be directly employed by a First Command Advisor at a First Command Financial Services field office.

a. Have at least one (1) year of consecutive employment (full- or part-time)

b. Work as a field support staff member, i.e., AA/OM/CCS/Receptionist, or as a Licensed Associate or

3. Obtain a written endorsement from your Advisor; and 4. Provide a copy of the certificate of course completion or course enrollment receipt.

Complete the scholarship application if you meet all the criteria. Applications and supporting documentation must be submitted November 1-30. Incomplete applications or applications submitted outside this period will not be considered.
