ISNA Bob Rybolt Memorial Scholarship Application

JTM Food Group will be funding one $350 scholarship annually to support ISNA members to attend the ISNA Director Retreat and one $650 scholarship annually to support ISNA members to attend the ISNA Annual Conference. This scholarship will provide financial assistance for our members to attend the ISNA Director Retreat this Spring and ISNA Annual Conference in the Fall and is designed for those members who may not be able to attend without this financial contribution. This generous support will not only help members grow professionally but also carry forward Bob’s commitment to school nutrition excellence.

Please complete the scholarship application below by the applicable deadline to be considered: March 1 for the Director Retreat and September 15 for the State Annual Conference.

Bob Rybolt passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 67. He worked at J.T.M. Food Group for over 38 years, calling on school districts in the state of Indiana. In December of 2022, when Bob was asked what he liked best about his work, he replied, “All the people. Helping people. We try to help lunch ladies and lunch dudes, and if I can make somebody else's life better, that is what really
pleases me.”

Bob loved his customers and their customers. He frequently reminded us of the importance of feeding the kids. The J.T.M. Food Group Bob Rybolt scholarship is designed to continue sharing the love and care he felt for our customers in the great state of Indiana!
