- Use this form to request a payment plan for your tuition.
- You will receive a response to your request in 1-2 weeks.
- If approved, you will receive invoices from our CBI-Stripe system, and can pay with a Credit or Debit card.
- You may also make payments in-person at the CBI campus in Lakewood.
