Salon Policy
By completing this form, you are submitting a digital consultation request and service inquiry. Once submitted, you will receive an email with recommended service options.
All appointments begin with a thorough in-salon consultation to finalize the service plan. New guests are typically seen within 2-3 weeks of completing their digital consultation. However, those with limited availability may need to wait up to 4 weeks.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We uphold a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all services. This fee applies toward your reserved appointment. Guests are permitted one reschedule within the 48-hour policy. Any reserved appointment adjustments must be made 48 hours in advance due to time reserved specifically for you otherwise the original reservation stands at it's cost. Additional reschedules or cancellations outside of this timeframe will require a new booking fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of future booking privileges.
Salon Guest Policy
To ensure we can focus solely on you and provide the highest level of service, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, only guests with scheduled appointments are permitted in the salon.
• For minors, a parent or guardian must be present at all times.
• Bringing additional guests to your appointment may result in your appointment being canceled, and you may be charged 100% of the reserved service total due to limited space, safety, and liability considerations.
