    Membership and Eligibility:
    Each subscription covers 15 to 500 guests, with flexible participant and shipping options to match your team's dynamic needs.

    Onboarding Process and Cut Off
    Complete onboarding by the 7th of the month to receive your kits for the following month’s event. For instance, onboard by December 6th to have your event in January. You’re also welcome to onboard earlier to plan ahead, securing your event for any future month.

     

  • Crafter Club Cyle Plans & Events:

    Monthly Billing Cycle: Ideal for teams needing frequent engagement and ongoing team-building. Provides consistent budgeting and flexibility to adjust subscriptions.

    • First charge covers 15 guests minimum on sign-up day.
    • Subsequent billing on the same day of sign up month (e.g., sign-up on June 4th → next payments on July 4th, August 4th).

    Quarterly Billing Cycle: Best for teams with limited budgets or intensive schedules, ensuring engagement with fewer billing cycles.

    • First charge covers 15 guests minimum on sign-up day.
    • Next payments occur every three months on the same day of sign up month (e.g., sign-up on June 8th → next payments on September 8th, December 8th).

    For both plans, additional charges apply based on guest registration. If you exceed the paid number of guests (15), a final bill will cover extra participants and other fees, auto-gratuity and any international shipping fees.

    Corporate Subscription Pricing Inclusions: The subscription fees cover materials, domestic shipping, host and instructor fees, and taxes. Note: International shipping and customs fees are additional.

    Remote Area Surcharge: For international remote locations, shipping costs may exceed standard rates. Kits will only be processed with adjusted fees after approval from the Crafter Club Insider.

    Auto-Gratuity: A minimum 10% auto-gratuity is added to the final invoice after guest registration closes. Option to increase the gratuity is available in the final bill.

  • What’s Next?

    • Choose your Upcoming Events: After completing this onboarding, you’ll receive a document to choose between two event options and any upgrades.
    • Meet with Customer Success Manager: Hop into event planning session and finalize event choice by the 7th of the billing month. Ensure submission by this date to guarantee timely kit delivery—no changes allowed after the deadline.
    • Collect Guest Registration: Complete guest registration by the 15th of the month prior to your event (Ex: For December events, last day to regiter is November 15th).
    • Settle Final Bill: If the number of guests surpasses the included 15, a final invoice will account for additional participants, along with any extra charges, automatic gratuity, and international shipping costs, if applicable.

    • Commitment Period: All Crafter Club Insiders must commit to two billing cycles before they can cancel, skip, or pause their corporate subscription. This ensures we maintain competitive, discounted pricing.
    • Pausing/Skipping: After the commitment period, you can pause or skip your subscription by contacting your Customer Success Manager before the 7th of the billing month. Ensure all charges are settled first.
    • Reactivation After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, a $200 non-refundable fee applies for reactivation. To avoid this fee, consider pausing or skipping your subscription instead of canceling.
    • Upgrades/Downgrades: Modify your subscription plan before the 7th of the billing month. No extra fees, except for any price difference.
