- IMPORTANT: IDs may take up to 48 hours to be processed at The Villages office.
- Resident ID cards will incur a $50 non-refundable processing fee for Lifestyle IDs to be produced and issued. (No card payments accepted. Cash or checks payable to The Villages)
- All fields below must be completed before submitting it. It is very important that the spelling of your Temporary Resident’s complete name, with the address that reflect on your ID (drivers license or passport), do not use the rental property address or the form will be rejected.
- Lifestyle IDs will be available for pickup at your closest square; Spanish Springs Sales Center for homes north of Rt. 466; Lake Sumter Landing Sales Center for homes south of Rt. 466 and north of Rt. 466A; and Brownwood Paddock Square Sales Center for homes south of Rt. 466A.
- A maximum of two Lifestyle ID cards may be issued per property. Lifestyle ID cards are valid for the period listed and applicable to each booking.
- Each property provides access to two (2) Temporary Residents IDs – if their are more than 2 guests in a home, those requesting the Temporary Resident ID will be able to request guest passes for them at the time of picking up their IDs (not additional cost for guest passes).
Please note these take 24 to 48 hours to process so it is important that you complete and hit "Submit" so we can receive the form for signature and submission to The Villages. After you submit it, there is nothing else to do on your end, we will make sure the IDs are ready for pick up when you arrive.
