報名步驟：
1. 讚好及追蹤 T · PARK [源 · 區] Facebook 專頁及Instagram 帳戶。
2. 讚好及分享相關活動帖文，並設定為公開。
3. 於相關活動帖文留言你想報名參加的工作坊，並分享你的「家居升級再造小貼士」。
4. 填寫及提交此報名表‧
截止報名日期：2024年11月26日（星期二）中午12時
- 每個報名者可同時為一位親友一同報名參加，請於報名表「參加者（2）全名」填上同行參加者的姓名。
- 所有參加者須年滿8歲，15歲或以下兒童必須由成人陪同。如以親子方式參與工作坊，參加者只會獲發一份材料包。
- 工作坊名額有限，名額將優先給予完成上述登記步驟的報名者。如報名人數超額，我們將以留言的創意及可行性揀選報名者參加工作坊。
- 每人只限參加其中一個時段的工作坊。如參加者報名多於一次，將以首個成功報名之工作坊為準。
- 成功報名的參加者，將會在截止報名後3個工作天（即11月29日或之前）收到工作坊的確認電郵。上述日期前未有收到任何通知，則視作落選是次活動。
- 當天亦設有「源啡 · 轉廢為樂知多少」活動，歡迎大家到場參與，並體驗製作升級再造咖啡渣除濕包。
- 請注意T · PARK [源 · 區]會於晚上7 時關閉，參加者必須於6 時45 分或之前離開。
T · PARK invites everyone to explore the unique art of eco-friendly tie-dye! In the " T · Coffee Tie Dye Workshop," you'll discover how to use leftover coffee grounds as dye and learn various binding techniques to create a unique small pouch bag. Join us on this creative journey and continue the life of coffee grounds!

Enrolment procedures:
1. Like and follow the Facebook page and Instagram account of T · PARK.
2. Like and share the corresponding event post and set it public.
3. Comment in the corresponding event post and share your “Tips of Home Upcycling”.
4. Complete and submit this online enrolment form.
Enrolment deadline: 26 November 2024 (Tuesday), 12 pm
• Each applicant can register for one family member/friend to join the workshop together in one application. Please provide the name of the other participant in “Full Name of Participant (2)” of this online enrolment form.
• Participants shall be age 8 or above. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. For participants who have to join the workshop with parents/guardians, only one material pack will be provided.
• Workshop quota is limited and priority will be given to applicants who have completed the above enrolment procedures. If enrolment exceeds the quota, we will choose applicants according to the creativity and practicality of the comments.
• Each participant can only participate in one session of the workshop. If the participant has enrolled for more than one session, the quota will only be allocated to the first successfully-registered workshop
• Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of the registration deadline (i.e. on or before November 29). Those who do not receive notification before the above date will be deemed unsuccessful.
• Everyone is welcome to join the "T · Coffee Grounds Upcycling" activity on the event day. Participants can complete tasks and make their own coffee grounds desiccant packet.
• Please note that the T · PARK will close at 7:00 PM. All participants are requested to leave by 6:45 PM or earlier.
