Refund is guaranteed if:

1. - Gymnast is not participaiting in the event
2. - Event cancellation 
3. - "Technical difficulties" (missed athletes) The refund amount propotionally       corresponds to the number of events missed!

After competition Once your order is processed, we'll send you email with link
and you can download your athlete IMAGES or see the Art Collage Proof.
Usually takes 3-4 weeks from the following Monday after competition.

By filling this Photo, Video order form, you are irrevocably giving permission to EBS Productions agents, employees, successors, licensees, and assigns to take and  photographs, video of your Athletes. This is completely voluntary and up to you. I understand and agree to the conditions outlined in this photograph, video release and consent form.  As the parent or legal guardian of the participant named below and on behalf of my child, I irrevocably give consent to EBS Productions officers, agents, employees, successors, licensees, and assigns forever to make use of my child’s image, in photographs, video as described above.  I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the contents of this release and am under no disability, duress, or undue influence at the time of my signing of this instrument..

Should EBS miss any events of your athlete, a refund procedure is applied. The refund amount propotionally corresponds to the number of events missed.
