    When submitting this form, you confirm you are agreeing to the following conditions:

    Commitment to Participate:
    By registering, the vendor agrees to participate in the event and commits to join the event to the best of their ability.
    Vendor Space and Setup:
    Each vendor will be provided with a table and tent. Vendors are responsible for any additional display equipment or furnishings they may require.
    Vendors should ensure their setup does not exceed the space provided and does not obstruct other vendors or event areas.
    Product and Service Approval:
    All products and services offered by vendors must be pre-approved by Beit Fann to ensure alignment with the event’s theme and community standards. The Studio reserves the right to decline any products deemed inappropriate.
    Fees and Payments:
    Vendors may be required to pay a participation fee, which is non-refundable. Details on fees (if applicable) will be provided upon application approval.
    Health and Safety Compliance:
    Vendors must adhere to all health and safety regulations. Food vendors must comply with local food safety and hygiene standards and have relevant permits if required.
    Open flames, hazardous materials, and substances that could harm individuals or property are strictly prohibited.
    Insurance and Liability:
    Beit Fann Arts and Music Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to vendor property or personnel. Vendors are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if needed.
    Vendor Conduct and Responsibility:
    Vendors should maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward attendees, staff, and other vendors at all times.
    Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during the event and for cleaning up after the event. Trash and debris should be properly disposed of in designated areas.
    Cancellation Policy:
    If the vendor cannot attend, they must notify Beit Fann at least 7 days prior to the event. Failure to provide notice may affect future participation in Beit Fann events.
    In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation or rescheduling of the event, Beit Fann will notify vendors as soon as possible.
    Promotion and Marketing:
    Beit Fann will promote the event through various channels, and vendors are encouraged to share their participation with their networks. Any promotional materials mentioning Beit Fann must be pre-approved by the Studio.
