Kitsap Community Resources (KCR) is a committed community action agency serving Kitsap County with programs that empower individuals and families. Core services include Housing assistance, Early Learning and Family Services, Weatherization and Energy assistance, Employment and Training programs, and support for Veterans and Kinship caregivers. KCR also offers the Empowering Youth Mentorship Program and the cherished Christmas Angel initiative, fostering resilience and community well-being.
