The Colorado Airstream Club Board has authorized a new registration-payment system. The new system will result in vastly simplified financial record keeping, quicker return of funds to our treasury and a variety of payment options for members.

As previously, register for this rally by completing the form and clicking on the “Submit" button. Your registration will be sent to our rally registration account and you will receive an invoice via email within several days. You can open the invoice with one click, choose your payment method, submit, and you are done.

Your registration is not complete until the invoice is paid. To guarantee your reservation the invoice must be paid promptly.

Colorado Airstream Club Event Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations will be made in accordance with the campground /venue contract. Deductions will be made for the merchants fees (3% of total rally fee).

To cancel a reservation and request a refund, please NOTIFY THE HOST OF YOUR CANCELATION and COMPLETE THIS FORM:
