    關於此計劃

    渣打香港馬拉松2025將於今年2月9日(星期日)舉行,活動是一年一度最多人參與的本地體育盛事。為了令賽事氣氛更熾熱並同時推動盛事經濟,大會計劃支持賽事沿途區內近1,000間小店以不同形式參與,鼓勵更多市民一起化身打氣隊,激勵跑手跑得更快更遠!

    About the Campaign

    Mark your calendars for 9 February 2025. The Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, the city’s largest participatory annual sporting event, is back and better than ever! To create an electrifying atmosphere and bolster the mega event economy, we are calling for nearly 1,000 small businesses located along the race route to join the cheering. Let’s come together to encourage everyone to cheer on and inspire runners to run faster and further!

    打氣任務

    獲選小店須於2025年1月9日至2月9日期間擺放由渣打香港馬拉松準備之宣傳品,包括:

    1. 於店面當眼處擺放一張A1 宣傳海報
    2. 於2月7日起派發應援頭巾予到店消費之顧客
    3. 大會鼓勵小店1月21日於社交平台上發佈計劃相關帖文;及於比賽日(2月9日)派出打氣隊,在賽道沿途打氣。


    資助

    獲選小店將得到資助金2,000港元。


    參加資格

      1. 任何符合香港政府定義之中小企業,即:聘用少於100名員工的製造業公司 或 聘用少於50名員工的非製造業公司
      2. 有實體店舖及於宣傳期間(2025年1月9日至2月9日)經常營業及對公眾開放
      3. 實體店舖地址位於港島或九龍
      4. 同意主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構於店舖獲選後,在計劃期間使用其相關資料作渣打香港馬拉松宣傳用途,包括但不限於店舖名稱、標誌、相片及影片等。


    入圍準則

    符合參加資格,名額先到先得,工作人員會於一星期内回覆。

    Cheering Mission

    Selected businesses are required to display promotional materials provided by SCHKM, from 9 January to 9 February 2025, including:

    1. Displaying an A1 promotional poster in a prominently in their storefront
    2. Distributing cheering head scarves to customers starting from 7 February 2025
    3. Businesses are encouraged to post about the campaign on social media on 21 January 2025, and to form cheering squads along the race route on race day (9 February 2025).

     

    Subsidy

    Selected businesses will receive a subsidy of HKD 2,000.

     

    Eligibility Criteria

    1. Any SMEs that match the HKSAR Government’s definition, i.e.: Manufacturing businesses with fewer than 100 persons OR Non-manufacturing businesses with fewer than 50 persons
    2. Have a physical store that is regularly open to the public during the promotional period (9 January to 9 February 2025).
    3. Physical store located in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon
    4. Should the store be selected, the merchant agrees to allow the organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies to use store-related information including but not limited to the store name, logo, photos and videos for SCHKM promotional purposes throughout the duration of the campaign.

  • 參與條款及細則 Terms and Conditions

    1. 「助小店 撐跑手」計劃名額有限,採取先到先得形式,額滿即止。獲選商店將於登記後一星期內,由專人通過WhatsApp通知結果。
    2. 報名商店必須確保填報之電話及電郵地址正確、有效、能接收主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構通知,和將會繼續使用。若商店因未能提供有效聯絡方式而未能收到通知,主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構一槪不負責。
    3. 所有參與「助小店 撐跑手」計劃的商店,必須完全符合「參加資格」所列條件,並需提供有效的商業登記證以作核實。如商店未能在截止日期前提交相關文件,將被視為不完整之申請,而該報名將不會被處理。主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構保留查核報名商店提供的文件之權利。若發現報名商店提供虛假或無效資料,主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構保留權利取消其報名資格。
    4. 主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構將安排專人於指定日期內,直接送遞兩張A1宣傳海報(其中一張作備份)及25份應援頭巾至商店。
    5. 商店簽署協議並提交張貼海報的相片證明後,資助金將通過銀行轉賬方式發放。所有資助金將於2025年3月8日或之前完成發放。
    6. 參與商店必須在指定日期前,提供完成打氣任務的照片作為證明。如未能按照規定完成任務或未擺放宣傳品,將被取消參與資格及資助金資格。
    7. 如商戶有任何違反或不遵守任何香港法例及條例,或對主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構及渣打香港馬拉松活動產生負面影響的情況下,主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構保留權利取消該商戶的參加資格。被取消資格之報名商戶的資助金,將不獲發放。主辦機構/贊助商/其委託機構並無需支付任何賠償或損害賠償。
    8. 主辦機構/贊助商/委託機構對參加商戶因參與是次計劃而造成的任何直接或間接損失或損害不承擔任何責任。
    9. 本條款及細則包括英文及中文版本,若英文與中文之內容有任何歧義,則以中文版本為準。
    10. 「渣打香港馬拉松2025 」委託Secret Tour (HK) Limited 策劃及執行「助小店 撐跑手」招募程序。如有任何爭議,Secret Tour (HK) Limited保留最終決定權,包括活動安排、遴選程序及資助金發放等事宜。
    11. 透過本申請表所收集的個人資料,僅用於「助小店撐跑手」計劃之商店招募相關事宜,及將轉發給Secret Tour (HK) Limited。所有個人資料將於「渣打香港馬拉松2025」結束後1年內銷毀。

    1. A limited quota for the "Support Small Businesses, Cheer on the City" campaign will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Selected shops will be notified via WhatsApp by a designated person within one week after registration.
    2. An applicant must ensure that his / her designated contact number and email address is correct, valid, can receive notifications from the organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies and will continue to be in use. The organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies accept no responsibility for an applicant’s failure to receive notifications by providing an invalid or incorrect contact information.
    3. All participating shops in the “Support Small Businesses, Cheer on the City" campaign must fully meet the eligibility criteria listed and provide a valid business registration certificate for verification. If a shop fails to submit the required documents by the required deadline, it will be considered an incomplete application and will not be processed. The organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies reserve the right to verify the documents provided by the registered shops. If any store is found to have provided false or invalid information, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify the store from participation.
    4. The organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies will arrange for a designated person to deliver two A1 promotional posters (one of them is for backup) and 25 cheering head scarves to the shops on specified dates.
    5. Upon signing the agreement and submitting the photo proof of the posted poster, the subsidy will be disbursed via bank on or before 8 March 2025.
    6. Participating shops must provide photos of the completed cheering tasks as proof before the specified date. Failure to complete the tasks as required or to display promotional materials will result in disqualification from participation and subsidy.
    7. If the shop breaches or fails to comply with any Hong Kong laws and regulations, or it negatively affects the organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies and the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2025, the organiser  / sponsors / their appointed agencies reserves the right to disqualify the shop's eligibility to participate. The subsidy for the disqualified shop will not be disbursed, and no compensation or damages will be paid.
    8. The participating shop shall indemnify the organiser / sponsors / their appointed agencies for any direct or indirect damages or losses incurred as a result of their participation in the campaign.
    9. These terms and conditions include both English and Chinese versions. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese texts, the Chinese version shall prevail.
    10. "Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2025" has appointed Secret Tour (HK) Limited to manage the recruitment process of this campaign. In case of any disputes, Secret Tour (HK) Limited reserves the final decision-making authority on matters including campaign arrangements, selection procedures, and subsidy disbursement.
    11. The personal data collected through this registration form will be used solely for matters related to the recruitment of shops for the "Support Small Businesses, Cheer on the City" campaign, and will be relayed to Secret Tour (HK) Limited. All personal data will be destroyed within one year after the conclusion of the "Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2025."
