Terms and Conditions(PLEASE READ!!!!)

These terms and conditions serve as a contract between the customer and Tees Cakes. By submitting this form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

 

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

All orders must be placed 14-30 days in advance and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to event. If the remaining balance is paid in less than 7 days from the event there will be a last min fee added of $30 in addition to the remaining balance. All sales are final and can ONLY be refunded in circumstances where Tees Cakes are found SOLELY at fault (see refunds policy below).

 

REFUND POLICY (NON NEGOTIABLE)

All 50% Deposits are non refundable. Once remaining balance is paid off no refunds are granted UNLESS Tees Cakes are found solely at fault for circumstances.(ie: Cake falls or is damaged in anyway prior to you receiving). 

 

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO ORDER

 Any cancellations MUST be made within the first 48hrs of placing order. Please understand that our main goal is for 100% customer satisfaction and therefore give our best efforts to place any orders needed for specific items(ie; cake toppers, edible images etc) after the first 48 hrs. When cancelling after orders have already been placed leaves us with items that are no longer needed. 

Any changes being made to orders must be made within the first 48hrs to guarantee the change. If change is requested after 48hrs Tees Cakes can not guarantee the change can be fulfilled. (ie; date changes, edible image changes or specific topper requests)

 

Liabilty/Responsibilty 

Tees Cakes cannot be held liable for any damages to your order once it is in your possession or the possesion of anyone sent to pick up your order. Photos will be taken prior to dropping off or picking up to assure that order was sent out correctly. If order is being delivered to you. Tees cakes cannot be held liable for any damages done once set up has been completed. Set up is completed once item or items are set on table or display area. If set up is not requested and you only ask the cake is dropped off, Tees cakes cannot be held liable for any damages once cake is handed over to anyone recieving your order.
