I grant BARE SKIN BEAUTY LOUNGE permission to take photographs, videos, or other media for use in marketing, advertising, social media, website, newsletters, magazines, recruiting brochures, emails, books, and general publications. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.

I give permission to my Esthetician to perform the waxing procedure we have discussed and will hold her harmless from any liability that may result from this treatment. I agree to adhere to all safety post care including: no peels, tanning, or wet room services; no swimming/spas/hot tubs for 72 hours after waxing; and all home skin care protocols as recommended by my service provider. I understand that my Esthetician will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate negative reactions as much as possible.
