Upon payment of the nonrefundable puppy price paid by Buyer to Seller. Seller grants, sells, conveys and transfers ownership of the puppy.
Health Warranty
Buyer acknowledges and agrees to have the puppy fully examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) working days from their puppy pick up date at Buyer’s sole cost. If the puppy is found to be in ill health or fails the initial congenital health examination, the Buyer may return the puppy within 24 hours of the veterinarian visit, accompanied by a written statement from a licensed veterinarian. At that time, the Buyer may choose:
• A replacement puppy (color or gender not guaranteed), if available, or
• If no replacement puppy is available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued at the earliest possible time.
Refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the puppy and do not include veterinary fees, travel costs, or other expenses.
If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian for a full health check within the three (3) working days from pick up, the health warranty is void. Buyer acknowledges that the health warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites on skin from other dogs during play, stress related illness, hernias, hypoglycemia, or parasites (including Giardia or Coccidosis). It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury. If Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, no replacement will be given, and all medical costs and treatment are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and this health warranty will be null and void.
Seller will NOT be responsible for any debts or expenses incurred by Buyer for any reason.
Seller acknowledges that the puppy is in current good health and free of any known life threatening debilitating congenital defects at the time of purchase. Debilitating congenital defects are defined as those present since birth that are life-threatening. Seller guarantees the puppy to be free from life-threatening debilitating congenital defects until the puppy reaches eighteen months (1 year 8 mo.) of age. Any suspected life-threatening debilitating congenital defect must be confirmed by two qualified licensed veterinarians (including necropsy if patient dies) and Buyer must supply any requested veterinary records related to condition to the Seller within seven (7) days of diagnosis. Seller has the right to require an examination by a veterinarian of Seller’s choice or veterinary specialist of the Seller’s choice at the Seller’s expense.
If necropsy is performed and results are undetermined or returned as an inconclusive diagnosis, warranty is void. If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without an examination from the Seller’s veterinarian of choice, the Buyer waives ALL rights to a replacement puppy. In the case of a life-threatening debilitating congenital defect, Buyer may return the puppy, up until the age of eighteen months (1 year 8 mo.) for a replacement puppy. If no replacement puppy is available, a partial refund of the purchase price will be issued at the earliest possible time; replacement puppy color or gender are not guaranteed.

The offer is an automatic benefit for you, with no cost during the trial, and no commitment to continue. You MUST activate the 30 day offer in order to pick up your puppy. If no insurance is carried during this time, it will void our heath guarantee.
Buyer acknowledges that this guarantee is nontransferable.
Spay/Neuter Agreement
This puppy is sold as a companion pet only and is not intended for breeding purposes. Buyer agrees that Seller does not condone or support the breeding of this puppy or any offspring.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered at 1 year or before 15 months of age (1 and 5 mos.) at Buyer’s expense. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided by a licensed veterinarian and must include the puppy’s description, breed, and microchip number (a form will be provided at pick-up).
Seller provides a health guarantee valid until 18 months of age. Failure to comply with the spay/neuter requirement, failure to provide proof by 15 months of age, or any attempt to breed the puppy (male or female) will result in the immediate nullification of ALL warranties, guarantees, and agreements provided by Seller.
Puppy Vaccination and Shot Record Schedule
Seller guarantees that the puppy has received age-appropriate vaccinations, has received a subcutaneous microchip, and has had age-appropriate deworming.
Buyer acknowledges that the puppy is vulnerable to Parvo and other communicable diseases if
vaccinations are not kept up to date. The health warranty is subject to proof of Buyer completing the deworming and prophylactic shot and vaccination program according to a veterinarian recommended schedule. Repeating shots before the scheduled dates listed on the vaccination record can cause moderate to severe reactions resulting in illness or death. Heartworm, flea and tick prevention are also highly
recommended.
Buyer acknowledges that the puppy is extremely vulnerable to Parvo and other communicable diseases during the puppy stages and that until fully vaccinated, the puppy’s environment should be limited. For the safety of the puppy Seller recommends not permitting the puppy to go onto grass, unsanitized cement/patios, and following the “Four off of the floor” puppy protocol when socializing the puppy in public.
The “Four off of the Floor” puppy protocol does not allow puppy to place any of its paws on the floor, rather they are safely in their owner’s arms, in a puppy chest pouch/backpack, or in a puppy stroller. Buyer is responsible for all medical expenses associated with the treatment of intestinal parasites if the puppy is diagnosed with them. It is common for puppy parasites to flourish after joining their new family (stress and change accommodate this). If Buyer is not willing to treat puppy parasites (sometimes more
than one treatment is needed), then please do not purchase a puppy. Most parasites can be contagious, and it is possible that other dogs in the house to get them; so, Seller recommends Buyer not let other dogs eat the puppy’s feces and recommends feces be cleaned up immediately with proper cleaning chemicals.
Fitness of Purpose
The puppy was sold as a pet only, and Seller does not provide any guarantee as to the puppy’s fitness for any specific purpose, including service dog work, obedience trials, show ring performance, and/or breeding purposes. Seller does not guarantee puppy to have any specific character, temperament, or behavior traits as dogs can and often do behave differently from one home to another.
Hypoallergenic Coat
The prefix "Hypo" means less than or under. For example, a dog with Hypoxia has less than a normal amount of oxygen in their blood. CocoLove Doodles ensures the health and care of their breeding females and carefully selects healthy Sire's with a double furnishing to contribute to producing puppies with little to non-shedding coats. However, CocoLove Doodles does not guarantee allergen free puppies as allergies could be caused by dog saliva, sweat, urine, fur, or dander.
Acknowledgements
Buyer acknowledges that the puppy should initially be monitored around other dogs and children until Buyer is aware of how the puppy will behave around them. Buyer acknowledges that the puppy is not being sold on a trial basis; all sales are final and nonrefundable for any reason. If Buyer is unsure about the purchase of the puppy, Seller recommends making arrangements for various visitations with Seller and puppy to ensure purchase is certain.
Uncertainty and moving the puppy from one home to another and back puts unnecessary stress on the puppy, exposes it to potential diseases if not fully vaccinated, and is unfair to the puppy. If Buyer would like to “make sure other animals will get along,” then Seller recommends arranging for the puppy to be boarded with Seller until the puppy is fully vaccinated and can safely visit with other animals. After the puppy is nine (9) weeks of age, a prepaid boarding fee of $25 a day will be charged until puppy is fully vaccinated, and puppy is picked up. The boarding fee is nonrefundable.
Buyer acknowledges that the puppy must at all times throughout its life, be provided with adequate housing from inclement weather and have an annual checkup by a licensed veterinarian.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees to postpone strenuous forced exercise until after the puppy is over one year of age (80% of hip dysplasia is caused by improper exercise). This includes running with the puppy, biking, treadmills, using stairs to exercise, strenuous hikes, permitting puppy to jump off objects taller than the puppy, etc. Seller highly recommends engaging in basic obedience training with the puppy within the first year of owning the puppy.
Joint Development & Orthopedic Disclaimer
While CocoLove Doodles takes every reasonable measure to breed structurally sound puppies — including veterinary exams, movement evaluations, and selective pairings — Buyer understands that orthopedic conditions such as hip or elbow dysplasia are polygenic and can be influenced by environmental factors after purchase.
These include but are not limited to: overfeeding, excessive weight gain, early forced exercise, inappropriate jumping, or improper flooring.
Seller shall not be held liable for any orthopedic or joint conditions that arise after transfer of ownership unless otherwise agreed upon in writing under a separate signed health guarantee.
Buyer agrees to maintain proper care and acknowledges that no breeder can guarantee a lifetime absence of joint-related conditions.
Buyer agrees to never surrender the puppy to a shelter, rescue group, pound, or similar facility or research laboratory. Rather than surrender the puppy to a facility as listed above, the Buyer agrees to surrender the puppy back to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense.
Buyer permits CocoLove Doodles (Jamika Alghwaizy) to use any pictures of the puppy that Seller posts on social media (including a minor child) to be used by CocoLove Doodle (Jamika Alghwaizy) in any manner they choose, generally by reposting and sharing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,YouTube, etc...
This agreement is executed in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona and by signing below, Buyer hereby agrees and consents to any and all provisions of this agreement as contained herein, and acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms in this agreement, have been provided with sufficient time to read and review the agreement, to seek and obtain the advice and counsel of an attorney or other person(s), and that they execute this agreement freely and voluntarily.
In the event that either of the parties to this agreement brings an action at law or equity arising from, related to, or as a result of this agreement or the relationship created by this agreement, or provides notice of breach, failure to comply, or default with any term of this agreement, and after providing notice of said dispute and obtaining a response remains unsatisfied with the result, may require that the matter be submitted to binding arbitration to be held in Maricopa County, Arizona, and conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association utilizing the laws and rules in the local, county, state or national courts applicable to the matter submitted. The arbitrator shall assign the cost of arbitration to one or both of the parties.
Agreement Modification
No modification or alteration of this contract shall be considered as having been made unless otherwise executed in writing and duly signed by the parties hereto.
The parties agree that an electronic copy of this agreement, maintained in accordance with the Uniform Electronic Transaction act, shall be binding on both parties and have the same effect as the original.
A hard copy of this contract will be provided during puppy pickup.
