Each dough will make a large 16” pizza or, if you’d prefer, you can make two smaller 8” pizzas. This dough will not have any of the added ingredients you’ll find at your local grocery store. You’ll simply find, sourdough discard, unbleached flour, water, salt and organic extra virgin olive oil!
