The Cakery Bee Cupcake Policies:
I will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your order then you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Deposit/ Payment must be received to book your date. Full payment is required a week before your pick up date. Once the cupcakes are picked up they are your responsibility to keep safe and in a cool setting. They may be fragile so they should be handled with care. The Cakery Bee does not offer refunds, but we know life happens so we do our best to be flexible. You may reschedule your pick up date or cancel your order for credit for a future date. Order changes must be made one week prior to your pick up date. Cupcake orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon.
COVID Considerations:
I provide contactless pickup. In order to ensure the freshness and safety of your cupcakes, it is essential to pick up your cupcakes on time.
