  • At Steelo, we ask that each extension guest schedule a face-to-face or virtual consultation before their appointment. Would you be open to spending 30–45 minutes with a team member to discuss your hair goals and review your options?
  • All of the hair extension methods offered at Steelo require maintenance of some kind. This helps to ensure your hair remains healthy, and to keep your investment looking its BEST! The average maintenance appointment is between 6 and 8 weeks. Are you willing to commit to this, in order to maintain your look?

  • Welcome!  Some helpful information for our first time clients and their journey at Steelo Salon:

    •There is a $55 fee for your consultation, whether in-studio or virtual. If you decide to move forward with us (we’d love to have you!), this fee will be applied to your new set application. Any additional consultations will be on us!

    •Please note that scheduling a consultation may take up to two weeks, depending on availability.  We will always do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

    •Each guest’s hair is custom-ordered, which usually takes 1–2 weeks to arrive. Application appointments are then scheduled 2–3weeks after the consultation, depending on whether any other services (like color or keratin) are needed beforehand.

    In total, the process typically takes 4–5 weeks to complete. We’re excited to help you achieve your hair goals!
