Thank you for your interest in the Richmond Ice Classic Female Rec Tournament!  The tournament takes place on March 28-30, 2025, in Richmond, BC, Canada.  Your host is the Richmond Ravens Female Hockey Association.

This tournament is for recreational female hockey teams (C and B teams).  If your team is a competitive or rep team, please check out our October tournament instead.  Click here to learn about our Rep tournament.

Registration Fees for 2025:

• U7 - four 60-minute cross-ice games, single-squad - $950
• U9 - four 60-minute games, full-ice or cross-ice with two squads - $1200
  
• U11 - four or five 60-minute full-ice games - $1400
• U13-U18 - four or five 75-minute games - $1500
• U21 - two 75-minute games - $700

This registration form does not take payments.  We will send you an invoice with a payment link if we are able to find you a spot.

Thank you for your registration!  Here's the fine print:

• A spot is guaranteed once the team has received written confirmation from the Tournament Director, payment of registration fee, and submission of this registration form.
• In order to play in the tournament, your team must provide us an official Hockey Canada or USA Hockey roster, and a permit to play from your governing body, no later than 4 weeks before the tournament.
• Player changes can be made up to 7 days prior to the tournament, unless approved by the Tournament Director.  Teams may not be substituted without the written approval if the Tournament Director.
• Full registration fee is due by December 31 2024, or immediately thereafter if you register after that date.  All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
• Cancellation policy:
  • Prior to December 31st, 2024 - 100% refund if we can find a replacement for your team, otherwise $100 cancellation fee.
  • January 1st, 2025 onward - Any team that withdraws after being offered a spot in the tournament loses the tournament fee if a replacement team cannot be found.  $100 cancellation fee applicable if a replacement team is found.
• If we cannot accommodate your team, or if health orders prevent your team from traveling or the tournament from proceeding, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments.
