•  Unedited images are for viewing purposes and should not be publicly shared 

• Client's Usage Rights for Gifted Work
  The client is granted a copyright license to use the final, edited images provided as a gift. The photographer grants the client an exclusive, royalty-free license for personal and limited commercial use, provided any attribution or copyright notice by the photographer remains intact.

  Personal Use includes:

  -Posting photos on the client’s social media.
  -Adding photos to personal projects like scrapbooks, albums, or gifts.
  -Displaying photos in non-commercial settings, like a home or office.
  -Using photos in personal communications, such as a family newsletter, email, or holiday card.

  
  Commercial Use includes:

  -Posting photos on business social media profiles.
  -Using photos on websites, publications, or printed materials (e.g., flyers, magazines).
  -Displaying photos on billboards, graphics for cars/buildings, or other promotional displays.

•  Photographer's Ownership of Work
  The photographer retains full ownership of all rights to the work created during the session.

The client (along with any other participants at the portrait session) grants the photographer and their service providers an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any materials created by the client or attendees during the session that might be protected by copyright or intellectual property rights. These materials may be used by the photographer as part of the final work or for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, including on the photographer’s studio portfolio, website, or social media, in any format or medium.

The client also confirms that no other person or entity has rights that would prevent or limit the photographer’s use of the Portrait Session Materials in this way.
