Selling Order - the order in which you want the females to be sold through the ring, once catalogued this order cannot change. If you wish to split your draft, enter selling order 1 and continue up with where you want your second draft to be split and then start again at 1.
Agent - please select Elders, GDL or Nutrien, if you wish to split your draft, start your selling order a 1 for each agent and select relevant agent for each draft.
Full Name of Female - Include Stud Prefix and given name
Ident of Female - Include FULL identification number of the female
Depasturing Details (if applicable) - Name and Ident of Sire with whom the female has been running with and applicable dates.
DNA -
Select Yes if tested and results have been forwarded to the office and uploaded to the data base.
Select Yes - to be uploaded if tested and result have been forwarded to the office however not yet on the data base.
Select Pending if testing has been submitted to the labs and you have not yet received/submitted your results.
DNA tests carried out - tick all revelvant DNA testing the femlale has had done or tests which have been ordered, this will enable us to follow up on pending results.
Notes - DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DNA RESULTS, TESTING RESULTS (which will be included on the supp sheet) OR VACCINATION RESULTS IN THIS BOX - only extra notes specific to that animal. Please include any embryo retention or offers of free semen here.
