Parade Registration

The Parade will be approximately 2 miles through River Oaks and the Christmas Tree Lighting will follow the parade at River Oaks City Hall.

Parade will start and end at the same parking lot located at 1100 Roberts Cut Off Road. **(Parade line up is located in the Castleberry Elementary parking lot located at the corner of Roberts Cut Off Road and Tulane Avenue. Floats will enter off Roberts Cut Off Road.)

Date: Saturday, December 7th, 2024

Parade Line Up: Starts at 4 PM

Parade Starts: 6 PM (Christmas Tree Lighting at City Hall following parade.)

I understand that I will not be able to enter the parking lot area before 3:45 PM on the day of the parade and not after 5:45 PM. Information regarding the parking lot entrance will be provided to you by December 4th by a member of the Parade Committee.*

I understand that candy, or other items, are not permitted to be thrown from the floats. To ensure spectator safety, if I or my organization plans to distribute candy or other items, we will have representatives walking along side our float who will hand out items to spectators.*

I Understand that no one is allowed to jump on or off the float while the vehicle is in motion during the parade. If your organization needs to swap out walkers/float riders at any point during the parade, the float must come to a complete stop and stay stopped until all participants are seated.*
