2026 PSNZ SONY National Exhibition Submission Form
Instructions

Welcome. There are four sections in the SONY National Exhibition Salon and you may enter up to a total of four images in each section.

Open images may also be considered as Photojournalism, Landscape and Portrait if they meet with PSZN definitions.

Nature images may also be considered as NZ Nature if they meet with PSZN definitions.

The entry form must be completed fully within one opening, there is no "Save your Entry and come back to it" option. After you have uploaded your images, click on the Review Entry Button at the very bottom of this form. Check details and then Click Submit.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your entries please contact us before the closing time.

Step Two - Upload your images

Digital images should be provided in JPEG format saved in the sRGB colour space. The maximum file size allowed is 10MB.
- Landscape Orientation Digital Images being up to a maximum size of 3840px on the horizontal width and 2160px on the vertical side.
- Portrait Orientation Digital Images being up to a maximum size of 2160px on the vertical side.

*Naming format for your image files:
It is very important that the image file name exactly matches the title of the image.
Example:
Image Title = Storm at Sea
File name = Storm at Sea.jpg

Images must be saved as JPEG file.

Image Sizes: Landscape Orientation a maximum size of 3840px on the horizontal width and 2160px on the vertical side.
Portrait Orientation a maximum size of 2160px on the vertical side.

Returning Your Prints
How do you want your prints returned?*

I have included a NZ Post Return Ticket.I have paid an entry surcharge of $15 for delivery to a Residential NZ Post Delivery Address.I have paid an entry surcharge of $20 for delivery to a Rural NZ Post Delivery Address.The prints are being sent collectively from my club, and a NZ Post return ticket has been included by the club.NA - I am not entering any PRINTS

Submitting your Entry

1. Please ensure your entries are correct by pressing the
Review Entry Form button. A review screen will appear for you to check. If there are errors on the form you will be instructed to fix them.

2. If you had errors click the DONE button when you have fixed your errors, this will take you back to the Entry Form and you MUST click on the REVIEW Button again to be able to see the Green SUBMIT BUTTON.

3. After you have reviewed your form, Click on the SUBMIT ENTRY BUTTON

NOTE: If the Review button does not work, check your form for any missed input.
