CAMP REGISTRATION

It's that time of year again! Time for another fun filled summer with Goshen Theatre Project! This year we are offering THREE summer camps! You read that right! Three opportunties for your young actor to have fun.

All three camps will be diving into the Roald Dahl's literary work of James and the Giant Peach Jr. All camps will run from 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday (with exception of performance days) The three camps offered are as follows:

Camp 1:

June 16th-29th

Ages 10yrs-14yrs

Performance Dates:

June 27th @ 7pm

June 28th @ 7pm

June 29th @ 2pm

Camp 2:

July 7th-20th

Ages 6yrs-9yrs

Performance Dates:

July 18th @ 7pm

July 19th @ 7pm

July 20th @ 2pm

Camp 3:

July 21st-August 3rd

Ages 8yrs-14yrs

Performance Dates:

August 1st @ 7pm

August 2nd @ 7pm

August 3rd @ 2pm

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200.00 will reserve your child's spot in this two week camp and is due upon registration. The cost of each two week camp is $400. The camp spots are a first come, first serve basis. Once the camp is filled a waiting list with be started. More camp payment information on this form.

Registration Agreement

Hold Harmless Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between Goshen Theatre Project, NFP and First Name Last Name (participant), by First Name* Last Name* (Guardian of participant) (Collectively known as “Indemnitor”)

Indemnitor hereby acknowledges that there are certain obvious and necessary risks involved in participation in Goshen Theatre Project’s productions, workshops or classes, including, but not limited to, falls, sprains, pulled muscles or other injuries, risks from defective equipment and other risks associated with the incorrect or inappropriate use of the equipment.

Participant hereby agrees to use Goshen Theatre Project’s building and equipment only after proper instruction and training, only in a manner consistent with their instruction and training, and to use equipment only for its intended purpose. Inappropriate use of equipment shall be grounds from removal from the participation.

Indemnitor hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Goshen Theatre Project, NFP; its officers, employees, sub-contractors, agents, volunteers, successors and assigns, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, suits at law, damages, costs, expenses and compensation on account of, or in any way growing out of, injuries and/or property damage received as a result of, arising out of, or in any manner relating to the participation in Goshen Theatre Project’s productions, workshops or classes.

Payment
As part of registration Goshen Theatre Project requires a $200.00 registration fee/deposit by credit card at time of registration to secure your participants place in our camp. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and goes toward the full price of the Camp.

If you choose to only pay the deposit fee now, you will be asked to pay another $200.00 fee six weeks before the camp date which also goes toward the full price of camp.

Final payment of $200.00 must be paid no later than June 9, 2024 for Camp 1, June 30th for camp 2, and July 14th for camp 3 (one week before the first day of camp).

If you do not pay the deposit fee at the time of form submission, AND the six-week fee at and final balance fee by the deadline dates, there is no guarantee your spot will be held. Alternatively, you can pay the full price of the camp up front. The full price for the "James and the Giant Peach Jr" camp is $400.00.

Special exceptions may apply. If you have issues or any questions, please contact Goshen Theatre Project. Please note there is no after care for this camp.

Failure to pay the balance of your camp fee by the due date will forfeit your spot.
