  • General Terms & Conditions
    1. This service and warranty form is for registration purposes only and does not serve as an undertaking or admission to any liability of whatsoever by the company to repair / replace the product that is being sent in for warranty purposes.
    2. The warranty afforded to the products warrants the product against manufacturing and material defects only. Authorised reseller/Distributor’s obligation is to assist customers to report the items to the manufacturer for warranty claim and follow up with them thereafter.
    3. To qualify for warranty of service and repair, the proof of purchase must be produced prior to the repair at the point of registering for warranty submission claim with the service centre of the Company. The Company reserves the right to void the warranty if proof of purchase is unclear or the product registration information is incorrect.
    4. In the event that Customer shall fail to produce the proof of purchase, the Customer shall not be entitled to have the product repaired under the terms of the warranty and the Customer shall be liable for the full costs of the service and repair.
    5. Applicable for products purchased from authorised sellers in Singapore only.
    6. For submission of service and warranty claims, customers are required to provide all the details requested for us to process the claim. It is compulsory to provide the box together/packaging for products which are still under warranty for the purpose of registering for warranty. Authorised reseller / the Distributor / the Manufacturer have the right to reject the warranty claim should there be no box provided to us and the repair of the products may be chargeable.
    7. Customers are required to provide the copy of this service and warranty form & proof of identification for verification purposes upon collection of the repaired products.
    8. Service and warranty claims shall take within 4 weeks to 3 months to complete, subject to the availability of the replacement parts for the warranty products or the manufacturer's service centre. Under extreme circumstances that longer period is required, Authorised reseller / distributor's Customer Service shall update the customer on the matter. 
    9.The products which may be allowed for a return and exchange is to be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of the purchase. For products which may be allowed for a return and exchange, it is to be returned in its original condition and along with all of its box contents including its packaging intact.
    10. For products which are out of warranty or getting a quotation on repair, there will be an upfront collection of a minimum inspection fee as per the stipulated rate set. The inspection fees collected shall be part of the final repair fees. However, should the customer wish not to proceed with the repair, the inspection fee is not refundable as it is the minimum cost for inspecting the product.
    11. Please note that customers are to collect the repaired products within one (1) month from the date of the first notification that it is ready to be collected. After the one (1) month collection period, Authorised Reseller / Distributor's Service Centre shall not issue any more reminder on the collection of repaired products, shall not accept any liabilities whatsoever on the products thereafter and shall reserve the rights to do so whatever deemed necessary by the Company on the products. Authorised Reseller/Distributor Service Centre reserves its rights to dispose of the products which are not collected within the stipulated time frame at their discretion. Should there be any collection after the one (1) month collection period, storage fee may be charged.
    12. Any shipping fees for transport of products to and from authorised reseller/distributor shall solely be borne by the customers.  
    13. Authorised reseller / distributor's Service Centre reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any of the terms and conditions for service and warranty at any time and without prior notice. The Service Centre shall have absolute discretion in determining the validity of the service and warranty claims submitted by the customers.
