Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand that participating in vehicle tour activities, including riding in a lowrider, involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical exertion, sudden weather changes, hazards specific to lowrider vehicles and city travel, the possibility of accidents, injury, or even death. I acknowledge that I have been informed of these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during my participation in the tour.
Waiver of Liability: I hereby waive any claims I may have now or in the future and release Influence-LA LLC, also known as Lowrider Tours, its officers, agents, employees, and guides from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from my participation in the tour, regardless of the cause, including negligence.
Assumption of Risk: I understand and accept the risks associated with participation in a vehicle tour. I accept these risks as an inherent part of the experience and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages. I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to engage in lowrider riding and tour activities.
Responsibility for Health and Safety: I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this tour and assume responsibility for my well-being throughout the activity. I understand that I am responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition that arises as a result of my participation.
Compliance with Staff Instructions: I agree to follow all instructions provided by Influence-LA LLC staff and understand that failure to comply may result in injury or removal from the tour. I accept that non-compliance may lead to my own injury or risks to other participants.
Medical Treatment Authorization: In case of an emergency, I authorize Influence-LA LLC to arrange medical treatment at my expense if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of injury or illness during the tour.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influence-LA LLC from any loss, liability, or costs arising from my participation in the tour, including legal fees and costs incurred in defending against claims resulting from my actions or failure to comply with instructions.
Photography and Videography Release: I grant Influence-LA LLC a royalty-free license to use photographs or videos of me from the tour for promotional or commercial purposes.

By signing below, I consent to the use of my email address by Lowrider Tours for the sole purpose of sending a follow-up message inviting me to share feedback about my tour experience on TripAdvisor or a similar review platform. My contact information will not be shared or used for any other marketing purposes.
Governing Law and Binding Effect: This waiver is governed by California law and is binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, and successors.
