Waiting List Information
Our classes at Tumbles Gymnastics are very popular, and due to the high retention of our members, most of our sessions currently have waiting lists.
Availability depends on children progressing through our stages. When spaces do become available, we will contact families at the top of each waiting list by email.
Tumbles Gymnastics Waiting List Policy
1. Joining the Waiting List
Families can join the waiting list for any full class by completing our online form.
Children are placed on the list in the order that requests are received.
2. Priority Rules
Spaces are offered based on the following priority (in order):
- Siblings already attending Tumbles
- Children moving up through our stages.
- Age-appropriate placement for the class.
- Time on the waiting list (first-come, first-served within priority groups).
3. Offering a Space
When a space becomes available, families at the top of the waiting list will be contacted by email.
If no booking is made within a 24 hour window, the space will be offered to the next family on the list.
4. Rolling Updates
Families will receive a monthly update about their waiting list position, so they are always informed.
5. General Notes
Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Joining the waiting list does not automatically enroll your child; official registration is required via our online booking forms.
