    Not every option on the form will be relevant to you; you only need to select options that are relevant to your experience.

    These options relate specifically to your access requirements, not your personal preferences. For example “I would like a seat near the front” is for people who experience a barrier when they sit in other areas of an auditorium, such as partially sighted people or hard of hearing people.

    As a Festival, most of the events in our programme are performed in venues that are operated by other organisations. We do our best to accommodate a wide variety of access requirements but it is not always possible to meet every access requirement at every event.

    This set of questions is about your individual access requirements. Some questions will not be relevant to you, you only need to answer the questions that are relevant to your experience.

    This set of questions asks the different type of service we can provide to support your access requirements, when you're engaging with the Festival's marketing, events or venues.

  • UK-based Access Pass members will receive our Brochure and Access Guide by post. The Access Guide contains access information about our venues and listings details of of accessible performances. This information is also available at eif.co.uk/access

    Once we have processed your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation.

    We do not issue a physical membership card, the membership is a digital account only. Once you have received your registration confirmation email, you can log in on eif.co.uk and book your access tickets online. Tickets are on sale in Spring 2025.  Please note, you need to be logged in to your account in order to access specific seats.

     

    Terms and conditions

    By registering for the Access Pass, you agree that tickets will only be used by the person for whom they are purchased, and their essential companion. This scheme is monitored and customers who intentionally give false/misleading information will be removed from the Pass.

    Access tickets are subject to availability and may not be available for all events. We reserve the right to review, amend or withdraw this Access Pass at any time without prior notice. Your information may be shared with venues in order to help us to meet your access requirements.
