Chicago Cabaret Week will feature one or more venues each day. The coordinators will make every effort to have shows happen at different times of day or be sufficiently separated geographically (northside, southside, suburban) to avoid scheduling conflicts. Venues are invited to run multiple acts in the course of one evening. Venues that run several cabaret shows during the week are asked to pick ONE show as their CCW Featured Show. Details for that show will be published in the print brochure.

By submitting and signing below, I grant permission to Choose Chicago and the Coordinating Committee to use these materials in all advertising and promotion of Chicago Cabaret Week.

Completion of this form does not guarantee that our venue will be featured or selected for Chicago Cabaret Week 2025.

I understand that the Coordinating Committee will do its best to accommodate submissions by offering a well-thought and diverse representation of the cabaret community of Chicago.

If selected, I hereby agree to set a general admission ticket option of "$30 or less" without drink minimum (VIP seating and other special prices are permitted).

I agree to participate in the promotion of Chicago Cabaret Week by the methods we use to promote our own venue such as social media, marketing lists, advertising, distribution of cards and posters, press releases, etc.

I will share with the Coordinators how many attended our featured show and any press coverage. If we gather email addresses of attendees, we will invite them to share their email with the Coordinators for future notices.
