Pet, Service Animals, and ESA Animal Policy 

1.  All animals must be listed and included in the application. This includes all service and ESA animals. If ESA orService Animal designation applies, please be sure to include all documentation upon applying. 
2. A picture of every animal must be submitted with the application. 
3. You are responsible for all damages from animals, whether there is a pet deposit or not for the community. Thisincludes pets, service animals, and ESA. 
4. All animals must be submitted for approval in writing from the office PRIOR to being brought to the community. 
5. All pets, ESA, and Service Animals must meet minimum safety requirements including not being aggressive,have never bite anyone, can be controlled at the community, is vaccinated as required by County, City, andState requirements, is flea free and does not cause harm to others or property.

I/We authorize Summershade Grove, to investigate my/our rental application qualifications and hereby release, in anymanner, all of the information obtained by you. I/We further release all persons, agencies, or firms from any liabilityresulting from providing such information.

I authorize Summershade Grove or their Authorized Agents to verify the application information including but not limited toobtaining criminal records, contacting creditors, present or former landlords, employers, and personal references, whetherlisted or not, at the time of application and at any time in the future, with regard to any agreement entered into withManagement. 

By signing below, I am stating all information in this rental application is complete, true, and correct to the best of myknowledge and no information given was falsified. Any false information will constitute grounds for rejection of theapplication, or Management may at any time immediately terminate any agreement entered into in reliance uponmisinformation given on this application.
