    Fall 2025 - Spring 2026

  • Program Dates: September 2025 – May 2026
    Monthly Tuition: $65.00/month

    Thank you for choosing ILead Dance Academy! To ensure a successful and organized season, please review our tuition and payment policies carefully.


    1. Enrollment & Tuition
    Once the registration fee is paid, students are automatically enrolled each month unless written notice of withdrawal is received.
    Tuition is $65.00 per month, regardless of the number of weeks or holidays in the month.
    The non-refundable registration fee is applied toward September tuition. Remaining monthly payments are due September 2025 – May 2026.

    2. Payment Due Dates & Late Fees
    Tuition is due on the 7th of each month.
    A $15 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 10th.
    If payment is not received by the 10th, your child will not be allowed to participate in class until the balance is paid in full.

    3. Payment Methods
    Tuition can be paid via:

    4. Attendance & Refund Policy
    Tuition is a flat monthly rate and does not adjust for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or holidays.
    No refunds will be issued for absences.
    Students must have tuition paid in full to participate in mobile dance functions or special events, including the 2026 Spring Dance Recital.

    5. Student Health Policy
    Please do not send your child to class if they are feeling unwell. This helps protect the health of all students and staff.


    6. Sibling Discount
    Families with more than one dancer enrolled will receive 10% off tuition for each additional sibling.


    7. Recital Information
    Recital Fee: $75.00
    Recital Date: Spring 2026 (Date TBA)
    Costume Fee: $200.00
    This includes:

    3 pairs of stockings (2 tan, 1 pink)
    Jewelry
    Props
    Shipping and taxes
    3 free recital tickets per dancer (4 tickets for siblings)
    Costume Payment Plan (Installments Available):
    If you are unable to pay the full costume fee at once, you may use the 3-installment plan:

    1st Installment: Due October 17, 2025
    2nd Installment: Due November 17, 2025
    Final Payment: Due January 16, 2026
    Costumes will be ordered in February 2026.
    If payment is made after this date, parents will be responsible for all rush fees, additional shipping, and taxes.

    Recital Participation:
    Participation is optional, but families must notify us by February 1, 2026 if their dancer will not be participating.

  • Withdrawal

    ILead Dance Academy requires a withdrawal form to be filled out if you need to withdraw your child from ILead Dance Academy Programs. Please email ileaddance@gmail.com to withdraw from our 2025 season and we will send you a withdrawal form. After the notice, we will terminate your monthly installment, or, if a full season was paid, we will refund the remaining tuition installments. Note: For monthly payees, if you withdraw after the current month dues are paid, you will officially come off the roll the next month.
