This spring, KAST and Impact Toolbox are proud to deliver the Youth Build-A-Business program. This program is designed to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators, equipping young people ages 13-18 with the skills and confidence to turn their ideas into impactful businesses. As a mentor, you will deliver a provided curriculum to your students, who will apply their new skills in groups to build a business addressing a social need they perceive in their community. You will also be provided with a $500 CAD stipend along with tailored training and support from our team. The initiative culminates in a virtual event in March 2025, where select student groups will showcase their business ideas and share their learning experiences for a chance to win up to $5,000 CAD to further develop their projects.
This is a registration form for teachers, youth program administrators, and community mentors who are interested in bringing this program to the students/youth they are working with. This is your chance to enhance your role as an educator and leader by empowering young changemakers. Congratulations on taking the first step. We can’t wait to see what you will do!
Please submit this form by December 27th, 2024.
