  • CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

    Conditions of Entry:

    1. We will not tolerate:

    a) Offensive, aggressive, or sexually inappropriate language or behaviour

    b) Misuse or intentional damage of our facilities

    c) Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol Consumption or Drugs Use

    2. Please take note of signs, our Code of Conduct and follow staff directions.

    3. Watch around Water - Please supervise children closely according to our Watch Around Water Policy.

    a) Children under 10 years old: must be accompanied into the centre by a responsible parent or guardian and must be constantly and actively supervised. The parent or guardian must be positioned to have a clear view of the child with no physical or structural barriers between them and the child/children.

    b) Children under five years old: must be accompanied into the centre by a responsible parent or guardian and must be constantly and actively supervised during recreational play within arm’s reach.

    c) Children over 10 years old: parents must use their knowledge of the child’s swimming ability and general development to determine the level of accompaniment required.

    d) Children under the age of ten years will not be admitted without an appropriate parent/guardian.

    e) We may remove your child from the water if we consider that you are not complying with these requirements or the child is at risk in the water.
