Thank you for submitting your graphics request.
The marketing team will need at least TWO weeks lead time to prepare sample graphics that align with the committee’s vision for each event or program.
Once the committee receives the proposed materials from the marketing team, the committee will have 48 hours to approve the materials or provide feedback. Once received, the marketing team will finalize the marketing campaign (with additional graphics, as needed) to be used for the campaign.
PLEASE NOTE: EACH COMMITTEE SHOULD ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR THE MARKETING COMMITTEE TO PRODUCE MARKETING MATERIALS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE THE ACTUAL MARKETING OF THE EVENT.
All marketing strategies will be based on the performance metrics that are measured on each social media platform (i.e. when to post, boosting, tagging, etc.).
