COST: DUE ASAP to reserve your spot after your application is approved. $40 per space for vendors and $60 for food vendors . All space rentals must be paid in full in advance, Spaces are approximately 10ft x 10ft. Please do not expand beyond given space unless prearranged. This is a Fundraiser event; SPACE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless event is cancelled.
HOT FOOD VENDORS: Must have all required permits per The Kern County Dept of Public Health. All food vendors bare responsibility to legally sell their goods. Any fines levied against the Love from Above Events will not be the responsibility of the vendor found in violation. If you have any questions regarding permits, please contact the Kern County Dept of Public Health at 661-321-3000.
Any related staff or businesses are not liable for any injuries, damage, or theft to participants or their belongings.
We will only provide the space at the event. Participants will need to bring their own canopy, tables, chairs, supplies etc. Participants are responsible for set-up and clean-up of their own space. Bathrooms are open to the public and vendors.
Be sure to list items you plan to bring, as only listed items may be sold on day of event to avoid duplicating vendors. Please refrain from brining items that contain any profanity, nudity, or political suggestion.
