    If you are a new family, you'll also receive a Family Enrollment Packet including a questionnaire where you can share more information about your student, update emergency contacts, etc.

  • *Note: Our programs are geared towards Kindergarten and up. If you feel your TK student meets readiness for a Kindergarten level program, please let us know before enrolling. Students younger than the TK/school-age threshold (those who do not turn 5 before June 2, 2025) must have prior approval before enrolling and a parent/guardian must remain on-site during class at all times.

  • Guitar students: Please be prepared to bring your own instrument to class. For Clarksville students, the Lending Library is an excellent no-cost resource for instruments.

    All Music class participants (Rock Band, Guitar, Drums, etc.) will have the opportunity to perform in our year-end concert!

  • Payment Method

    Please submit vouchers as early as possible once the service ordering window opens (December 1 for Clarksville). For cash/credit payments and payment plans, we will send an invoice with a direct-pay link, or you may pay by cash/check.

  • Annual Registration Fee

    For new families, an annual registration fee of $25/student, up to $50/family, will be added to your invoice.

  • *Payment plan divides tuition equally over three months. A 2% processing fee will be added to credit card payments on tuition only (we pay the first 1.5% but ask families to help with the additional processing cost). To avoid this fee, please select the autopay with ACH/bank account option (we cover this processing fee) or consider paying by check. Payment plans are only available for balances paid by cash/credit/check. All charter funds are billed once, by semester only. If you are choosing part charter funds, part cash/credit/check, we can apply a payment plan to the cash/credit/check balance (not the charter fund portion). Thank you for understanding.
