  • Company Rules & Culture

    The management and owners of the company are young entrepreneurs who are determined to the success and growth of the company. We are extremely hard working and knowledgable in multiple different technologies and industries. We want to surround ourselves with individuals who share that passion and are hungry to be part of a fast growing company, and because of that we have enforced several rules.

    1. Adaptability: You will be required to learn other marketing tasks and be part of a team effort, which means that you may not always be doing the same tasks every day. The overall goal is to accomplish the daily tasks of our marketing company each day. Each individual will have tasks geared specifically towards them and their specialties, but some days you will be given more general marketing tasks. This is not a freelance position where you will just be editing designs or submitting videos all day. You will be part of a team and will have to adapt to our daily work tasks and requirements.

    2. Loyalty: You are also asked to focus on our work 100% and give us your full attention. This means you will have to cancel any outside jobs or freelance projects. We give you infinite amount of hours to work, along with weekend work. We have no limit to how many hours you can work with us. You will be given a company account and email to use when hired.

    3. Accountability: Everyone on our team is required to give us 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. Extra hours and weekend work is not required, however is encouraged and also optional. Our team starts work at 8AM and ends work at 5PM. This is important because we ask that the first full 8 hours are accomplished during this time so that we all may work as a team. You may take breaks and lunch time during this time.

    4. Communication: We all are available on Slack the moment we check in to work. This is our main form of communication with the company and our team members. We also use Trello for task management. Make sure you are comfortable using both platforms before starting work with us. If you are hired you are expected to help others on the team learn new skills and help the company grow as a team.

    5. Transparency: When we start work, everyone tracks their time using Timedoctor. This program also takes screenshots of your work every few minutes. This is what we use to keep track of time and have proof of everyones work. You will be paid exactly by the amount of hours you logged into the program. Our payroll period is every 2 weeks which is sent through paypal.
  • Trial Period

    All new hires undergo a 1 or 2 week max trial period in which you will be assessed on work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability to our procedures and software.

    This period is fully paid, however you are not an official employee. After the trial is over, management will review and decide on your employment status with us.

  • Employee Skill Tests

    This is the last section of the interview process but also the most important! You will be needing to complete two different testing phases. The first phase is your basic computer skills test. The second phase is your copywriting test. Please make sure you complete both of them for your application to be considered and reviewed.

  • Test #1: Employee Assessment

    First you must install Screen recording software called Screenrec, this will allow you to screen record your tests below and also share that with us using a share link. You have to record your entire computer screen from the beginning of the test until the end where we can see the results you got. You may do that here: https://screenrec.com/

    Have at least 15 minutes available before initiating the test. Using a computer for the test is required. The test will consist of your cognitive ability, typing and computer skills.

  • Test #2: Write Blog Post

    You are to write a minimum 750 words blog post on the topic of why maple sugar extract is the latest in anti aging, and the new plant based botox alternative. Your requirements are:

    • Provide minimum 3 images throughout the article.
    • 1 image must be a before and after image.
    • Create clickbaity title.
    • Provide 3 call to action links in the beginning, middle and end.
    • The call to action link should be to motox.com
    • Write the article in such a way that you are convincing the reader to buy a product called Motox, which is infused with maple sugar extract.
    • Write 750 to 1000 words.
