Yoga4NHS Staff Wellbeing Level 1. Free to NHS Staff and LIVE on Zoom on Wednesday evenings 7.30-8.30pm: January 8th; 15th; 22nd; 29th; February 5th; 12th. Please sign up only if you are confident that you can make at least 3-4 of the live sessions (catch-up service of recorded classes will be available), so that you do not block another staff member from signing up, as places are limited. By joining this free accredited course you also agree to completing the pre- and post-course evaluation forms and commit to practicing the breathing techniques between classes for a minimum of 5 minutes per day. A Royal College of GPs Completion Certificate, worth 6 hours of CPD, will be awarded upon completion of all 6 sessions (live or recorded). Thank you.
