A 'Team' is defined as an Agent with one or more
licensed listing/selling assistants/partners.
Application fee of $65 must be paid for every team member wanting to receive PAC recognition (see page 2 for plaque details). The 2024-2025 Association dues must be paid prior to application submission. All transactions must have closed during 2024.
Late filing period - An application may be turned in between the due date through 5:00 pm, January 31st as long as accompanied by the application fee + late fee of $250. No applications will be accepted after January 31st.
A “Team” shall be defined as:
a. Those members having one or more active licensees working with them in a sales production capacity.
i. Licensees that are working only in an administrative capacity and do not perform any activities that would require a license by the Georgia Real Estate Commission shall not be considered to be working in a sales production capacity as defined in Part 4(a).
b. Those members that are actively advertising themselves together as a Team, producing combined marketing materials that provide the perception they are working as a Team and/or combining business operations, which includes; but not limited to, voicemail, websites, signage, and/or business cards.
c. Members that work in new homes communities that employ multiple agents to market the subdivision shall be exempt from this definition.
