The Facilities & Operations Department is LMOA's maintenance team. It is responsible for the upkeep and repair of our common facilities and outdoor spaces. The department is supported by the Facilities & Lake Operations Committee.
Please complete this form if you have questions or requests. You may also use this form to report maintenance-related issues on a Lake Monticello common property. Qualifying reports will become work orders, and our department will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Common properties include:
- LMOA clubhouses and other LMOA buildings
- Beaches
- Playgrounds
- Roads
- Line of sight
- Easements
- Street name signs
- Traffic signs
- Marina and beach boat slips/racks
This form can also be used to contact the department for:
- A fallen tree in the roadway
- Dead animal pickup (within Lake Monticello only; please keep in mind our team may not enter private property. Dead animals will need to be brought to the roadside.)
- Mailbox repair and/or replacement.
