I have been informed that I can cancel the recurring payment at least 15 days before the payment by phone or signing a consent form provided by the merchant company.

By signing up for services with United Funding Logistics, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Credit Report Requirement: Clients are required to provide their own credit reports to participate in the disputing process through our Clio Program.

2. Payment Terms:
- An upfront payment of $29.99 is due at the time of sign-up.
- Thereafter, a monthly payment of $29.99will be charged for continued access to our services.

3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, future monthly payments will cease, but prior payments are non-refundable.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
