Please complete this confidential financial statement to assist the School in determining your eligibility to make a means tested bursary application for hardship support. This also allows you to estimate the amount of bursary support you may need.

Important notes:
- To be eligible for a bursary, both parents are expected to be employed unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- The Bursary fund is sourced from other parents' school fees, so it is reserved for those in genuine need.
- This process typically takes up to two months from start to finish.
- If the School considers your circumstances to meet the criteria to make an application the process is as follows:
  - You will receive a link to an online form requesting detailed financial information and supporting documents.
  - Upon completion, the form will be sent to Bursary Administration Limited (BAL). BAL will arrange a meeting (normally by MS Teams) to discuss your application and circumstances.
  - BALwill then prepare a report for the School, recommending the level of Bursary.
  - The Headmaster and Bursar will review this report and recommendation and inform you of the outcome.
  - The school's decision is final and there is no right of appeal of the outcome.
All data supplied held will be used strictly in accordance with the relevant pricacy policy, and handled in the strictest of confidence.
