You must complete and submit this online application to be eligible for the CEOx1Day Program. Odgers Berndtson’s team of executive search and leadership experts will carefully review all applications.

Please note that the CEOx1Day Program is open to second-, third-, and fourth-year students enrolled in a university or college undergraduate program. If you have previously been a CEOx1Day Finalist, you are ineligible to apply again.

The application typically takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

Please note that for our Quebec participants, the Career Development Day in Montreal on January 30 will be held in French, and the day of CEO mentorship will be in either French or English, dependent on the CEO’s preference. Students based in Quebec who are not bilingual are still welcome to apply; they would be placed in the Ottawa group. The participating CEO mentors have been extremely generous to provide a full day of mentorship to our CEOx1Day finalists. Their teams schedule the mentorship date and design agendas months in advance, with meetings scheduled specifically to benefit the learning and professional development of the participating student. When applying to be a CEOx1Day participant, you acknowledge this unique opportunity and commit to attending both the Career Development Day, and CEO Mentorship Day, if selected.
Should you be selected as a semi-finalist, will you be available to attend the regional in-person Odgers Berndtson Career Development Day on the following dates in 2025: Toronto – Jan. 27; Ottawa – Jan. 29; Montreal – Jan. 30; Calgary – Feb. 4; Vancouver – Feb. 6?*
