The Incubator is most beneficial for entrepreneurs who:
- Can explain your product or service, the audience, and the intended impact
- Are looking to commit to and formalize your service or product
- Have received and implemented feedback on your product/service that suggests the feasibility of the product or service
- Have past experience with the challenge being addressed
The Incubator will focus on:
- Creating a business model canvas for your venture
- Examining the financial requirements your venture needs for launch
- Developing a personalized roadmap for the venture with key tasks, timelines and next steps
- Preparing and practicing the paperwork, presentation, public speaking skills necessary for pitches and financing/fundraising discussions

- Has initial traction but looking to achieve the next level of growth
- Has a budget and initial/start-up funds and have separate personal and business accounts
- Have a mission and vision statement, website, legal entity formed, and a Beta or initial customers already served
By the end of the 12 week program, you will have:

- Created a financial and operational plan that supports your growth plan
- Identified key financial and programmatic indicators
